Relay
For Life Walk: Our Sicilian Sisterhood + Friends team welcome our 2nd Annual Event and will walk at Willow Glen High
School in support of Cancer Awareness. Members of the team will walk 24 consecutive hours! Last year, our
special event T-shirt created by Tonette, won the best T-shirt prize at the event. Join us this year for many more fun surprises
as we continue to help raise awareness and much needed funds for the American Cancer Society.
Bunny Baskets
Once again, making more baskets this March. Thank you in advance to our Membership who continue to donate
and create so many baskets filled with love. We have been able to donate an average of approximately 70
Easter Baskets each year. In 2010 our basekts were delivered to the Ronald McDonald House. We are so thrilled
to continue to help different local charities in our area. Check back soon for a link to their site.
Blanket/Jacket
Donations
Once again, our club stepped up and helped the needy with our recent Blanket/Jacket Drive. Since
we started the program in 2010, we have donated over 300 Jackets and Blankets. We cannot thank our Membership
enough for your continual support and help!
Heart Walk: This year due to event conflicts we will not participate
in the Heart Walk. We will be back in action in 2012! Please join our Sicilian Sisterhood team in October 2012
as we participate in our 4th Heart Walk event to benefit the American Heart Association. It's a 5k walk and
we welcome all friends and family to join us.
Italian American Family Festa: The Sicilian Sisterhood will
be present at the 31st Annual Italian American Family Festa this year. A great event, wonderful people
and beautiful weather. Stop by our Sicilian Sisterhood tent and learn more about our amazing club and group!

week on Friday, March 27, 2009, 8:00 PM at the Golden Gate Theatre in San Francisco. What a wonderful time
