The Women’s Auxiliary Club of the Sons of Sicily (SOS) of San Jose (Aiuto, Inc.) was founded to support the purposes of the SOS. The first duty of the Women’s Auxiliary Club shall be to gather regularly to share aspects of the Sicilian heritage from a female perspective and support in the fundraising goals of the SOS. The club shall follow the main purpose of the SOS, to "help" its members and families. The club shall be a social club, gathering to further the customs and traditions of the Sicilian culture, and increase the awareness of these customs and traditions in our younger generation. The club shall be consistent with the SOS stated purposes.

The Women’s Auxiliary Club of the Sons of Sicily of San Jose was established under the 2003-2005 elected Officers and Board of Directors of the Sons of Sicily.

Once again, our club stepped up and helped the needy with our recent Blanket/Jacket Drive. The first donations amounted to 75 Jackets and Blankets. We are still waiting to hear the totals from our January Meeting, but we cannot thank our Membership enough for your continual support and help!

The Women's Auxiliary Club enjoyed the Broadway Production of Grease during its opening week on Friday, March 27, 2009, 8:00 PM at the Golden Gate Theatre in San Francisco. What a wonderful time and group! Thanks to all who joined the fun!
