Since the Women's Club was chartered in May of 2004, we are just beginning to see what we can
accomplish as a group. Thus far, we have helped several groups and we hope to do much, much more.
American Heart Association Thank you to our Sicilian
Sisterhood Heart Walk team and club donations. We began participating in 2008 and have raised over $8000 for
the American Heart Association in two years.

2010 Start! Heart Walk team is ready to go on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Vasona Park. Think about how many
people are challenged each day by heart disease. Please join us in any capacity, walking, donating or supporting! If

2009 Bunny Baskets This year the WAC Membership prepared
and donated over 100 Easter Baskets to Teen Challenge's, Alum Rock Women's and Children Center. Teen
Challenge is a National Organization which helps teens in numerous life challenges. Teen Challenge helps the total person
in spirtual, emotional, physical, social and educational perspectives. Most importantly, assists youth in helping

2009-2010
Blanket/Jacket + More Donations
2009-2010 was our first drive to gain donations for blankets,
jackets and more. The Women's Auxiliary Club kept in mind to try to continue helping after the holiday season.
Starting in December 2009, 75 blankets and jackets were donated to Sacred Heart. At our January 2010 meeting almost
the same amount of donations came in. Our Membership requested a 3rd meeting to donate. February 2010, we will
again accept donations for the Sacred Heart Community Service team. Thank you so much to the WAC Membership, who never

Annual Toy Drive Once again our Membership has answered the call to
help donating over 100 toys in our 2009 toy drive. The donations will be delivered to the South County Firefighters,
who will then distribute the toys to families in need this Holiday season. This is our 4rd toy drive with the Firefighters
and each year our toy count grows larger and larger. Thank you to everyone who contriubtes and those who help.
The Women's Auxiliary Club donated the assembled 2008 Easter Baskets
